Project Embrace

Project Embrace is a maternal wraparound program for pregnant individuals who struggle with substance use and addiction. The program combines intensive case management and recovery support services for individuals during pregnancy and up to one year after giving birth. Intensive case management will focus on developing a single, coordinated care plan for pregnant/postpartum individuals, their children and families. Recovery Support Specialists will provide non-clinical assistance and recovery support. Services and free, voluntary and available throughout South Jersey.

To enroll in Project Embrace, individuals must:

  • be pregnant at the time of referral

  • live in Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester or Salem County

  • have a substance use disorder
