Connecting NJ

South Jersey is home to a wealth of health and social services. The difficulty is finding these programs and figuring out if you are eligible or a good fit for the service. Connecting NJ eliminates this challenge and does the research for you. With its knowledgeable staff and state-of-the-art system, Connecting NJ can quickly provide quality referrals that meet an individual's or family's specific needs. While the Cooperative's focus is maternal and child health, Connecting NJ has information on a wide range of resources. Connecting NJ counselors work closely with you to identify specific concerns and locate the services that address those needs. This service is free, confidential and caring.
